You will work within a Product Delivery Team fused with UX, engineering, product and data talent, building data-intensive products for Tier 1 banks across AML, KYC and Sanctions workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product delivery cycle, from discovery through to release.
• Work closely with BAs, PMs and the wider tech team to ship high-quality features.
• Maintain code quality, test coverage and engineering standards.
• Estimate and break down tickets into deliverable units of work.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces from a shared component library.
• Present your work at regular Show & Tell sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years building production software.
• Strong fundamentals in a modern language and framework.
• Comfortable working in Agile two-week sprints.
• Familiar with Jira & Confluence.
