Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for candidates.
- Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on pipeline.
- Improve and document the recruiting process.
Required Skills
- 2+ years in a coordination or scheduling role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with ATS and calendar tools.
